Autoimmune Disease Group Coaching - 6 sessions in length

I have healed from 6 autoimmune diseases (including lupus) & I'm now sharing how I did it with you.  Weekly sessions to include: research studies on what works & why there is reason to hope; nutrition needs; exercise specifics; sleep hacks; stress management musts; brain health basics; & connection concerns.  Email support is included, with weekly personalized emails.

Brain Health Group Coaching - 6 sessions

Your brain is plastic, no matter your age, & we can strengthen it together!  Weekly sessions to include: brain health challenges; brain memory strategies; organization/planning help; best nutrition for the brain; what type of movement stimulates the brain; type of sleep needed for the best brain function; stress management as it relates to cognition/brain health; why the brain likes to socialize, and more.  In addition to weekly group coaching meetings, you will get weekly personalized emails.
