Brain Health Screening, Recommendations, & Coaching (Online): $150 - Dr. Julie will administer the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) cognitive screening online over telehealth & meet with you a second time to go over the results and give personalized recommendations.
*** Sessions include a detailed follow-up e-mail, detailing topics discussed, current goals, & resources.
Group Coaching: 2-8 people in weekly (one-hour) sessions together - cost is $249 for 6 sessions. See the "Group Coaching" page for details.
